Qigong & Nidrã
Combine the healing power of YogaNidrã and the soothing quality of the tea ceremony, over this 90mins practice. Together, we celebrate Oneness.
Starting with a unique physical practice based on Chinese Tai Chi, we move our body into stillness to a blissful YogaNidrã. Cass’ background in hypnotherapy allows us to reach a deeper state of consciousness and self-awareness, our mind will settle in contentment and peace. During the Q&A afterwards you’re invited to join a tea ceremony to rest, recover and restore.
