Daoist Relaxation

Online | Free | YouTube Live

Seasonal Living, As Nature Intended

Every Chinese solar term marks a subtle shift in nature; changes in light, temperature, energy, and rhythm that the body quietly responds to, whether we notice or not. These free YouTube livestreams are an invitation to pause, tune in, and realign with those natural cycles through Daoist relaxation, Nidra, and seasonal reflection.

Held at each of the 24 Chinese Solar Terms, these sessions weave together Daoist wisdom, Qigong-informed rest practices, and slow living philosophy, while also exploring how these moments often echo festivals or key dates in Western and other cultural calendars, from solstices and equinoxes to Twelfth Night, Blue Monday, and other collective thresholds. Across traditions, the same invitation appears: slow down, listen, and live in rhythm with nature.

Each livestream offers a gentle space to:

  • Rest deeply and regulate the nervous system

  • Reflect on the current season and its qualities

  • Understand how ancient wisdom applies to modern life

  • Cultivate awareness of qi, cycles, and natural timing

  • Practice seasonal self-care without striving or fixing

Open to all, with no prior experience needed, they are a quiet counterpoint to fast-paced living and a reminder that we are part of nature, not separate from it.
